WEEK 6 Theme Days
We are looking forward to Week 6 with all the Activities of Sports, Onsite and Offsite Field Trips. We will be incorporating day themes next week for our Campers as well as Staff to participate in.

Flip N Out Recap
Our field trip to Flip N Out was an awesome experience for the 36 Campers that went. Camp Leaders that went on the field trip pointed out some highlights such as;
-"Watching Campers make new friends from different camps as well as from their own."
-"Flip N Out introduced a fun and unique way to stay active to campers."
-"Every Camper was engaged, active, and enjoyed their time."
-"See siblings bonding through enjoyable physical activity."
-"Watching campers create a variety of games with a ball and a trampoline."

Summer Food Service Program At the Y!
No child goes hungry at the Heinrich YMCA! Each day, hundreds of campers all across Southern Nevada are served a free, nutritious lunch through the Summer Food Service Program. This healthy option saves busy parents time and money! (In accordance with Federal Law and US Department of Agriculture Policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.) Please remember that this is a cold lunch being served. Your camper is not obligated to eat this lunch; they can always place it on our sharing table for other campers to enjoy.

Discovery Camp Character Commitment Cards
Take a sneak peek as to what the Discovery Campers (Age 5) has done to spotlight their Camper Character Commitment Cards. These Cards hold the YMCA's Four Core Values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Caring.
